This seminar will provide participants with the fundamental principles of dealing with mass casualty bombing incidents, based on the Israeli experience. Participants will get priorities and objectives for commanding and stabilizing the site, minimizing casualties, mitigating potential threats from additional attackers/IEDs and ensuring that appropriate lessons are learned according to best practices and proven methodologies. This stimulating seminar will be supported by several case studies of mass casualty attacks including an analysis of relevant recent incidents in Israel and around the world. It includes Explosion Incident Response sessions and provides bomb technicians with professional experience, methods and tactics from Israeli specialists and other international experts.
